THC, CBD and many other cannabinoids & compounds are found in the Cannabis Sativa L plant (marijuana and hemp). THC will get you high – it is intoxicating. CBD won’t get you high, but can help you feel less stressed and chill. All of our products are derived from American-grown hemp that is legal pursuant to the 2018 Farm Bill.
CBD (Cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring compound in the cannabis plant. It can be derived from marijuana or hemp.
The CBD in W*nder comes from hemp and contains NO THC.
Delta-9 THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is the major psychoactive component and one of the 113 cannabinoids recognized in cannabis. It can be derived from marijuana or hemp. The THC in W*nder is derived from hemp.
W*nder Lemonades contain Delta 9 THC (yep, it’s the good stuff…), derived from Farm Bill compliant hemp.
Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC.
W*nder Hemp CBD products will not get you high. They are also formulated with functional vitamins and adapatogens to support energy, focus, recovery, and relaxation.
Our Hemp Delta-9 THC products will get you high. Each person is different, and the effects depend on your tolerance (just like alcohol). You may feel the effects of the THC within 15-30 minutes. If you’re not sure of your tolerance, start slow with a low dose and see how you feel. Add more over time if you desire a stronger experience.

The federal 2018 Farm Bill distinguishes between lawful harvested hemp and unlawful marijuana based on the levels of delta-9 THC. Cannabis products with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight are lawful hemp, regardless of the amount of any other cannabinoid, such as CBD, that it contains. Additionally, the federal Controlled Substances Act (CSA), which regulates drugs, removes hemp from the definition of marijuana. In other words, hemp and hemp derived products are not illegal controlled substances under federal law.
